Located on Avenida 24 de Julho, with a wide view of the Tagus River and the port of Lisbon, the converted building houses most of the WPP agencies operating in our country, including Ogilvy & Mather, Young & Rubicam, J. Walter Thomson, Hill+Knowlton, among many others.
The building is characterized by plenty of natural light and generously sized open spaces.
As the tallest building among its immediate neighbors, its views give the impression of floating above the city. The roof terrace was conceived as an important common space, shared between the WPP companies occupying the building, with sensational views of the surrounding area. The approach to its materiality, furniture selection, and overall design was intended to make it a characteristic and comfortable place to relax and socialize.
