An intervention that allowed to boost and change the usefulness of the building for the future.
This building is a landmark property between Santos and Cais-do-Sodré, previously occupied by a bank. It is located in the center of Lisbon and an area of growing demand, next to the renovated Mercado da Ribeira and the new EDP headquarters.
Fully intervened in 2017, it is now a landmark in the riverside area and a reference for the business world, occupied by large companies from the most diverse sectors.
The intervention in the building aimed to add a new exterior look, essentially composed of extensive vertical glazing, allowing standardization of the existing volumetry. In addition, lighting was also added to the outside of the building, giving it a modern and elegant look.
